Planned Catch Up

This service should only be used by a vaccination provider in the circumstances that an individual requires
their planned catch up to be recorded on the AIR for family assistance payments. This effectively gives an
individual under 20 years of age an up-to-date status for family assistance purposes only for a period of 6
months.

Note: only 1 planned catch up for overdue immunisations can ever be recorded for an individual.

Pressing ‘Execute’ will display the following acknowledgement.

‘Acknowledge and add planned catchup’: Flag this patient.

‘Cancel / Abort’: Don’t indicate planned catch up.

Note: You can review if a patient has an existing planned catch up by reviewing their ‘Immunisation History’.
